This Privacy Policy explains how Magic Berry ("Magic Berry", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with your use of the Magic Berry mobile application (the "App"). By downloading and using Magic Berry, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

This locally stored data remains on your device. It is not backed up to any cloud service operated by us and is removed when you uninstall Magic Berry.
Magic Berry displays advertisements through third-party advertising networks. To serve ads, these networks may collect certain device identifiers and usage information, such as a resettable advertising ID, device model, operating system version, and interaction data with ads. This data is collected and processed by the ad networks directly, not by Magic Berry.

You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of interest-based advertising at any time through your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads → Reset advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization).
Upon first launch, Magic Berry presents a consent dialog to users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and California, asking whether you agree to the processing of your data for advertising purposes. If you decline, the App will continue to function normally, and only non-personalized ads (if any) may be shown. You can change your consent choice at any time within the App's settings.
Magic Berry offers optional in-app purchases, including the removal of ads and booster packs. All payments are processed by Google Play Billing, which is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not receive or store your payment card information. We only receive a purchase token from Google Play to verify your purchase and deliver the corresponding items.
Magic Berry is rated "Everyone" and is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at youmisingapore@gmail.com, and we will take steps to delete such information.
Since Magic Berry does not operate any backend servers or transmit user data to our own infrastructure, the risk of data breaches is minimal. Third-party services (ad networks and Google Play Billing) implement their own security measures as described in their respective privacy policies.
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or delete data held by third-party ad networks.
